As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, my goal is to help every one of my clients not only get the results they want, but improve their mindset while reaching them. My strategy is to have them find their OWN passion in fitness, their driving mechanism, their WHY. And to find a healthy and sustainable balance with diet in order to help reach those goals and results!

Sometimes the missing piece in the path towards achieving our goals is accountability, and we need that extra push. With someone to help hold us accountable, we are more likely to form a routine, and stick with it. Once a routine is implemented, it becomes a habit. It’s worth every step and obstacle, even if it means giving up short term gratifications. In my opinion, long term results and satisfaction outweigh any of those in the big picture. MUSCLE BUILDING

I want to emphasize on breaking the common misconception that “lifting makes you bulky” a lot of women have had over the years. Building muscle has many advantages, such as improved body composition, increased metabolism (muscle takes more energy to maintain than fat) and overall feeling strong and powerful! Now, who doesn’t want that?! 

CARDIO FITNESS

The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape.

MENTAL HEALTH IS PHYSICAL HEALTH 

Mental health and wellness is a huge part of physical health! When your mind is not in the right place, many of your goals may feel unrealistic, or your expectations may not be on par with reality. The latter may also cause a negative mindset due to disappointment. The approach I take with my clients, is finding a sustainable balance towards health and fitness to work towards their goals. All while keeping mental health in mind - and allowing the mind and body to reset and unwind when need be. Finding their individual favorite outlet in fitness- whether it be running outside or bench pressing, is part of my goal when first developing client plan. No more being forced to do an exercise you hate, when we can incorporate one you enjoy! 

NUTRITION 

Diet is a crucial part of reaching your goals. Not only does a nutritious diet contribute to overall wellness, it makes up a huge part of weight loss as well as muscle building. As a nutrition coach, I help my clients learn how to be mindful of what they’re eating, find healthier/better alternatives to different unhealthy cravings, and enforce them to practice the balance of keeping certain things in their diet while still achieving their desired outcomes. I practice a flexible dieting approach as opposed to meal planning, with a large consideration towards macronutrients but tailoring all plans towards the individuals metabolism and energy expentidute to ensure more chance of success down the road. In my personal experience, a black and white approach towards dieting never works long, and usually always has a negative effect both on mind and body!
